That is an amazing challenge! It makes a lot of sense though, because getting yourself in shape for one half marathon and keeping yourself in shape for the next one is much easier than doing it just once yearly. Just like healthy living is a lifestyle, you turned half-marathoning into a lifestyle.

Absolutely agree, which is why I advise against the knee jerk reaction of cutting prices. Stop and think first is the best advice and if in doubt seek guidance from an experienced business adviser!

Trouble with cutting prices is that you have to get more customers to make up the shortfall therefore risking a cut in service levels. Best concentrate on added value and service excellence!

Excellent Janette, I think number four applies to a lot of domestic disputes too! The phrase “don’t take your past into your future” springs to mind!
